Client: Myself (no I'm not a hairdresser) Time taken: Approx. 3 hours Tools: Photoshop CS2 Stock: sxc.hu
Comments: Nothing to say really. It's been a while since I've done a design just for the hell of it! I thought I would do a mobile hairdressing design, simply because most that I have seen aren't that great.
I know, it's pink but eh, I think pink fits best with hairdressing. Obviously, it's meant to be simple. The purpose for most people running their own business having a website is for web presence. This would do exactly that for a mobile hairdresser: give them a web presence but nothing too over the top. Something straight forward.
I'll be keeping this for myself for now (and probably make a couple of tweaks if I think of anything). I may sell it in the future or use it for something.
Oh yeah, and some of the information was referenced from some hairdressing websites
I think it looks really clean and simple. I've seen loads of hair sites where they've crammed too much in and it takes you ages to find what you're looking for.
The pink really looks good too.

Hmm, looking pretty cool... the menu is feeling a little glossy but I guess it's nothing to panic about... Good otherwise... Maybe I am just overreacting towards the great amount of pink or something XD
I like it. Even though it's pink. it's simple, neat, to the point. If it wasn't for the scissors I would think it as a 'Breast cancer Awareness' site more than hairdresser. I don't know if that's a good thing.

I went to the hairdressers last week... and my cut wasn't quite right so she'd take a bit more off, and then a bit more and so on, with the result I'm nearly bald now.... eeek!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
